As part of the continued expansion and improvement of Cody Technology Park – XLB have launched a new masterplan for the park for the next 15 years. Proposals are being worked up for 143,000m2 of new development across the park.
Delivered in four phases, the expansion will support R&D, industrial, and secure data infrastructure as well as new communal and open spaces designed to enhance the park environment. It will also include provision for a new HQ facility for QinetiQ to support their long term occupation of the campus.
While the final layout is not confirmed, the illustrative plan below shows how the scheme could develop and evolve. This long-term investment will ensure the continued growth of the park over the next 15 years. A public consultation period has recently completed and a planning application to be submitted shortly.
