Planning has been approved to deliver in excess of 1 million sq ft of new flexible employment floorspace and data centres, cementing Cody Technology Park as the UK’s leading Park for secure, technology-led employment.
Cody 2.0 will provide up to 880,000 sq ft of scalable, high-quality space for occupiers in nationally important sectors, enabling businesses to grow, innovate and invest in a secure and well-connected environment.
The first phase of the development totalling 274,000 sq ft will be available H2 2028 with pre-let opportunities available for up to 400,000 sq ft.
